Upon receiving your order:

  • SoundWave scriptwriters will compose your custom script and email to you for review.
  • We will record your script using professional voice talents and your choice of background music
  • Your new on-hold player will be mailed out with easy install instructions included

than 3 to 5 business days!

Recording Guarantee: SoundWave provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all recordings.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will redo your recording at no additional cost.  SoundWave provides free emailed reminders to update your recording and the customer can update their customized recordings anytime during this agreement by contacting SoundWave to order updates per their program terms.  It is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact SoundWave to request an update to the recording.  Unused updates carry over from year to year and no refunds will be given for unused updates.
Cancellation Policy: Customer may cancel service anytime by calling or emailing a SoundWave representative.  Upon canceling service, customer agrees to return on-hold player, cords and USB pin drive to SoundWave or customer will be liable for the cost as set forth by SoundWave. Customer may opt to keep the on-hold player for a charge of $295 cash.
Equipment Warranty:  SoundWave provides state-of-the-art digital on-hold players with a 100% guarantee of performance for the length of the service.  If the equipment fails for any reason, SoundWave will replace the equipment at no cost to the customer.
Installation Assistance: SoundWave will coordinate the installation of the equipment with the customer's phone vendor or with the customer. If any installation fees are required, it is the sole responsibility of the customer.
