Equipment Guarantee:  SoundWave provides state-of-the-art digital on-hold players with a 5 year full warranty.  If the equipment fails for any reason, SoundWave will replace the equipment at no cost to the customer.  Installation Assistance:  SoundWave will coordinate the installation of the equipment with the customer's phone vendor or with the customer. If any installation fees are required, it is the sole responsibility of the customer.
